The Sculptural Park of Hinojosa de Jarque, supposes a singular experience and the commitment of the Maestrazgo´s Cultural Park, with the contemporary creation.

It is a project which arises from the initiative of the Cultural Association "La Huerta", under the generic title of "A la Memoria de los Pueblos" (to the memory of the towns), denomination that synthesises the philosophy that supports this singular proposal.

The beginning of the project has been made by the convocation of an international sculpture symposium that has filled the town's environment of a wide group of sculptures. The Park's physical expression is not the only thing of the project, so we have to highlight the importance of the process during the symposium's realisation and the local population's implication.

A supplement of the sculptural tasks has been the celebration of the musical festival "ARABOGA".

CONTENTS:

The group of the sculptures can be visited and they are identified and accessible. In the town, a small exhibition with materials of the elaboration process of the sculptures can be visited too.

The visit is completed by visiting to the town where we can highlight the Pilar's hermitage, one of the best Baroque "turolense" buildings and the fortified tower of the parochial church.
