The environmental expositions centre of Villarluengo, is located in the top floor of the town council, interesting building of the XVI century.

The objective of the centre is to offer a new perception of the area that we are visiting. The centre teaches us how to locate ourselves inside a concrete geographical mark, of which we will know its relief, the important character of the river and all its resources, without forgetting the traditional aspects and the economic activity of the man from the area, arisen from the adaptation to a climate and a relief that have conditioned the landscape through the history.

The exhibition develops a series of thematic blocks:

Geographical -Mark of the territory.
-Climate features of the region.
-atmospheres and ecosystems.
-demography and settlement.
-landscape evolution along the time.
-the environment attitudes.
-the contribution of the farmhouses to the traditional habitat
-traditional -activities.
-the river and its uses.
-points of cultural and environmental interest of the environment.
-ethnologic aspects of the area.

At the present time and with a more ambitious character, the Town Council is working in the creation of an Environmental Education complex.
