Between the town of Aliaga and the Reservoir of Santolea,
the river Guadalope has worked one of the most beautiful and unknown throats
in Teruel: "Las Hoces".
The journey takes about 2 hours and 40 minutes. The itinerary
doesn't have any difficulty.
From Ladruñán it leaves a track toward the
Algecira´s neighborhood, which is located about 2 Kms from the first
one. Once there, the GR.8 will lead us to "Las Hoces". From
The Algecira we take the GR.8 that goes by the bed in their left side,
until the Masía Fonseca, where we abandon the GR.8´s path
and we stray following the bed of the river Guadalope, arriving at once
to the Natural Bridge. During a stretch, the river goes under a rock.
Going up from this place the valley gets wider until arriving to the first
"Hoz". Use to return the same road. According to the flow, it
is possible to cross the "Hoz" and to arrive to the other two.
