This area is crossed by N-211 and we find as differentiating element the "Monasterio del Olivar", the only one which is inhabited in the county of Teruel, and, at the moment, monastic hostelry. It is about 3 Km. far from Estercuel, in the heart of nature. It is a building of classicist architecture that was built in the XVI and XVII centuries.

In the Monastery surroundings, we find open sky's mines as those of Estercuel, Los Mases and los pine groves of Crivillén.

It is also necessary to highlight that it is an area of springs like that of "Las Aguas de Cañizar", in the valley of Mezquitilla between the ports of Traviesas and Majalinos, in Sant Just mountain, municipal distric of Cañizar del Olivar. Here we find the only water bottling of the Maestrazgo, for this , This mineral water receives the name of "Aguas del Maestrazgo".
